[EXP Bundles] RecoveredFor users who have sent in support tickets;
The accounts have been investigated and the EXP Bundles have been recovered to your CHARACTER STORAGE. Please ensure that you have logged out and then log back in to check to make sure your EXP Scrolls are there. For users who have still not received their bundles, please make sure that you have submitted a support ticket to support@gamepotusa.com with details of the missing bundles including how many are missing. An investigation will be done to check and the missing bundles will be reimbursed.
EXP Bundle Update
Most of the EXP bundles have been returned to everyone after the maintenance which took place April 28, 2010.
For those who have not had their EXP Bundles returned, please submit a support ticket. We will be going through the logs to verify which users still have not had their EXP bundles reimbursed. If you are still missing bundles, please provide details including how many bundles are missing, *the location* of the bundles that were lost (Gift Storage bundles) or if you are missing bundles after the reimbursement, please submit any other information you have. We will be doing thorough investigations to ensure that these exp bundles are returned.
