I have recently levelled Shoulder Dash to level 3.
Anyone who's done this can testify to the monotony of this task.
I originally levelled to level one using the mobs around Bichon / Mongchon.
I then found Woomyon Woods a much better place to do it:
1. Loads of rubbish, easy to dash mobs with more health so less change between mobs - I personally recommend Oma Fighters.
2. The occasional Oma Warrior, which takes an eternity to die, so means much less changing between mobs (then it pops giving you pots and a few sunnies)
3. There is a Frost Tiger on this map, which is always nice to run into (if you're low on pots)
