-Painfully grind up basic construction on either T2 houses or bridges
-Place house deed on T2 house
-Enjoy the fruits of your labor, complete with bugged hitpoints.
Process should take awhile, but once you've done it you never have to do it again. Or just wait until they get around to fixing the house system.
